We are in the second half of summer but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to learn what to look for when it comes to melanoma symptoms. We can get skin cancer anytime we are outside, even on a cloudy day. I’m not saying we will but its always good to have information about what to look for. I’ve had a brown spot on the middle of my back for years and my doctors assure me its nothing to worry about. It doesn’t fit the criteria listed in the article either. Read more about it here.
p.s. Its a good idea to wear sunscreen if you’ll be outside more than 20 minutes, but not all sunscreens are created equal. Some contain ingredients that can do you more harm. Find out more here.
