Gentle Yoga Poses Anyone Can Do

I just found some terrific yoga videos and want to share them with you. They are gentle and easy to follow. Some can be done sitting in  a chair and I even found one that you can do in bed! So if you are stuck in bed for a while, you can still get exercise and we all know our bodies love to keep moving. Movement keeps our Qi (energy, life force) flowing. It helps release built up toxins and just feels good!
