Anti-Oxident Veggie Stir Fry

Pour 2 tblsps. cold pressed olive oil, 3 tblsps. unrefined coconut oil into wok (or large fry pan) and toss in 1 chopped red pepper, 1 small onion, 1 cup chopped broccoli. Sprinkle anti-oxident spice blend over veggies and cook until slighty crunchy. You don’t want to over cook because it removes the nutrients.

Here’s how to make the Anti-Oxident Spice Blend :

Take 1 tsp. tumeric
1 tblsp. garlic powder
1/4 pepper

** Red peppers contain the antioxidant lycopene; onions contain vitamin B6 and B1, and broccoli is a good source of vitamin C

add my powerful anti-oxident spice mix and you have one super healthy meal!

Carrington Farms Coconut Oil

I discovered this coconut oil at Costco last year and it’s awesome! This huge container 54 oz. was only $17 which sounds like a lot but compared to the $10 – 16 oz. jars sold in health food stores, it’s a steal! And it lasts forever! I keep mine in the kitchen pantry and use it for stir frying and add a tablespoon to smoothies. I scooped some out and put it in a small glass jar and use it nightly as a face cream. Who wants to pay for expensive face creams, loaded with who-knows-what? Not me!

Dr. Bronner’s Magic “All-One” Soaps


I have been buying Dr. Bronner’s soaps for decades. The liquid soaps are highly concentrated so when you use them be sure to dilute with water. Dr. Bronner was also a major player to get Prop 37 on the California ballot last year. It didn’t pass but the fight is not over by a long shot.
